As always, we do strong, good looking repairs on all windsurfing equipment. We have a full sail loft at the shop and facilities for first rate fiberglass and epoxy work.
Please clean and dry your sail before bringing it in for repair, it will save you about $10.00.
If you can take out the battens in the damaged area it could save you about $15.00 to $20.00 (Please call about this).
You can use 3M or Scotch 2" wide packing tape or Mono film repair tape ( we sell it ) on your film sails if the damage is in the central part of the sail. Start by using small pieces of tape and put the film back together as close to original as you can. Look for shearing of the film ect. and put it back together very accurately. Then use large pieces of tape to cover and strengthen the rip. If you do a good job of this, this too can save you money if it needs repair.
Please do not use duct tape on your sail!!
